User Responsibilities

Account Access

You grant Nexify permission to access and manage your store and related accounts strictly for service delivery.

Payments

All services are subject to agreed pricing. Payments must be made on time. Services may be paused for non-payment. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

No Guarantee

We provide expert systems and strategies, but we do not guarantee specific results, sales, or profits.

Third Party Platforms

Nexify works with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok. We are not responsible for their policies, changes, or account-related actions.

Client Inactivity & Inventory Policy

If a client becomes unresponsive, unavailable, or inactive during an ongoing project, Nexify will attempt to contact them through available communication channels.

If no response is received for 6 months or more, any stored inventory, products, or project-related assets may be considered inactive.

In such cases, Nexify reserves the right to manage, store, or dispose of inventory and related materials as necessary for operational purposes.

Nexify will not be responsible for any claims, losses, or disputes related to such inventory after the defined inactivity period unless prior written agreement exists.

Limitation of Liability

Nexify is not liable for any indirect losses, including profit loss, data loss, or business interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations or non-payment. Clients can also stop services as per agreement.

Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of changes.
